Your site it's okay but your domain name is very long. Try to always make your domain name(s) not more than 7-15 alphabetic word, so that your visitors will never forget easily. Goodluck!

The design is too dry! Try a professional web designer to make it more attractive, it is more better if you consult an expert to redesign your homepage.
