Twitter is Dofollow.. Will you Shocked? Here is the Proof.

Today i have checked my external links of my blog using webmaster tools. Surprisingly Google shows me my Twitter page as back Link.

Just because you see it on your webmaster tools means that twitter is a not nofollow site. It is a nofollow site, it's just that Google counted it as backlink because they "sometimes" (not always) count links with nofollow attribute as backlinks.

The tool isn't accurate. Twitter links are still NOFOLLOW. But Google has been showing nofollow links for awhile now.

The proof you're showing to us doesn't indicate that Twitter links are indeed dofollow. Google shows it as a backlink but it doesn't necessarily mean it's dofollow.

I've also seen Twitter in my webmaster tools but I noticed other nofollow sites in my list besides Twitter. I've investigated this and confirmed Google is now just showing some nofollow links in webmaster tools. Google stated a while back they will start to be showing more links in the webmaster tools area - so I'm guessing that's what this is.

In webmaster tools, backlinks are shown, whether they are dofollow or not. Your screenshot doesn't really reveal that Twitter links are dofollow.

I don't think that this is very accurate tool which shows do follow twitter links.

Google webmaster tool includes nofollow links also in the Backlink list. Don't think that all links are dofollow.
If you want to check whether your link is dofollow in any site, just right click on the link and click properties (in firefox) or view the pagesource of the link and check whether a 'nofollow' tag is there or not.

Webmasters Tool would shows all backlinks, let it dofollow or nofollow.
