Fight between Films and Television

The Fight between the Big and Small Screen were never there, but the increasing number of TV channel had started this battle. There was a time when there were a very few TV programs and single channel was there called DoorDarshan but now many channels are there as the Indian media industry is at a very boom.

The TV is not a small thing now days. The craze for TV is equally high as the craze for Films. Although films are big budget and require a big crew to work but, even in Television programs also the way of production is almost very same. The Television is also offering different types of program formats like Serials, Soap Operas, Documentaries Films, Short Films etc… so every type and age group audience can find something of his/her own taste.

There are a lot many production houses in Delhi and Mumbai who are preparing films and TV programs for different channels and directors. The TV also has an advantage of commercial Ads as they are not just the source of income for the channels but also promotes advertisement.
