actually that is not entirely true. A keyword rich domain does have some added benefit, especially exact match.
also it is important to pick a name that people can easily remember and spell!

Many experts have already said that domain names have nothing to do with ranking. There are many sites out there without keyword-rich domains but still rank very high in Google.
