Does anyone here recommend submitting my site to yahoo's directory. It isn't cheap ... just wondering if there will be a major boost in my ranking on yahoo.

yea i does help backlinks, try submitting it for free to the canadian yahoo and others. I personally (based in england) would use my budget on yell.com, you get the same towards pr and can get a lot of business from there

google count it as backlink.. so yes it can help... and as far as i know it costs US$299 and nonrefundable..

It is a paid listing. Just work on your site by continuous building links and soon you'll able to increase your rankings in Yahoo.

Right, but submitting to hundreds of free directories is not really a good use of time anymore.
It's certainly worth submitting to Yahoo Directory! Yahoo has Good PR, and it could help u with traffic. |
