My Site indexed in Google and yahoo SE's, But didn't indexed since 15-20 in Bing .
I submitted individual pages manually and submitted xml and html site map to webmasters.
Please let me know any other tactics to index fast in Bing.

I suggest you use the Webmaster Tools of Bing. That can help your site gets crawled and indexed even faster. You can also submit sitemap and view statistics there.

Is your site new? It takes time before Bing indexes all the pages of a site. Just keep on adding new contents to it and build links for it.
