I don think so that only back link is the answer. Yes, it plays a very important role, but there are other ways of increasing the page rank in a short time as well.

Less than a month of SEO work isn't enough. Linkbuilding is supposed to be a continuous effort to get a stable ranking.

So what "methods" do you suggest then aside from "Backlinks"?

Baclinks are not the sole factor in getting good ranking. Onpage factors such as content and tags are equally important!
