|
|
Hello everyone I am going to launch a new website for that I want to register a domain name, I am not sure what should be the length of domain/website name that can affectively help visitors to find my website in the search engine pages result.
Now I have to decide what should be an ideal length of domain name so that I could work on my website name that best suits my website idea. _________________ Shopping Cart Software Solutions | New York web design services |

The Length is not what all matters, but Also the name itself and something easy to remember and has a catch to it.
Do a listing on what you kinda want in godaddy and see what other options there are that they give you.
The sad part is that the internet has been around for soo long now that every name in the Dictionary and even 2 Names together have been taken up. _________________ Free Link Directory. | National People Seeker | SEO Articles |

If you put your one key word in your domain name than it will help you to get your search engine ranking position fast. _________________ Charlotte Limo

I'm sure that in this case 'Size' doesn't always matter !
The best advice I've had is similar to an earlier comment i.e. decide your keyword (s) first THEN try to develop a Domain name containing that keyword. _________________ Frank Heath -SEO Service

Domain length doesn't matter but select keywords which you have to used in the domain with importance of the keyword. _________________ Wedding flowers |

| I think it best to have a keyword if possible. Failing that I would say a catchy name, but then you have to depend on branding. |

Technically speaking, there should be no limit in domain name registration but most providers restrict it anywhere from 26 to 67 characters long. Better choose a domain name that is easy to remember and contains your target keywords. _________________ [Excessive URLs removed for spam. Post only 1 URL per post.
