A little Confused about something. 
You have :
No reciprocal link required and you will not receive any spam....
But the Site says:
A Reciprocal Link is required, you can also offer reciprocal links using 3-way linking. To add a reciprocal link copy and paste the code below into your website. Link requests without a "VALID" reciprocal link will be automatically rejected and removed from system, so please dont waste your time.
Which is it??

We REALLY Dont Require reciprocal links.
