Below are Rules, Terms and Conditions for this Forum. Anyone breaking these rules may get kicked out or their messages removed.

1- Do not post anything that is not related to the topics. This includes promotional messages and links to your own website. All spam will be removed immediately. All those who spam us will get their email addresses listed in our Spammers page, so that the email harvesting software pick their emails up and send them spam.

2- Links to your own websites will be permitted only from your signature file and profile or unless you are asking a relevant question about your site. Only one URL per sign file is allowed.

3- Make sure your title is very descriptive of your post.

4- Do not post anything that has already been said or if you have nothing of value to add.

5- Read the rules of each individual forum, if there is one.

6- Do not post the same thread in multiple forums. Find the most relevant forum and post it only once.

7- You agree not to hold Submit Express liable for any damages as a result of your post caused by an individual or other means.

8- You agree not to post any copyrighted material, unless you have rights to what you are posting or quoting someone (up to 4 sentences) or an article or posting URL's to articles or other websites.

9- By posting at this forum you give a soft license to Submit Express to use the material and you agree not to hold Submit Express liable for trademark or copyright infringement.

10- By reading the material at this forum you agree that it is a public forum and that anyone can post here without Submit Express's knowledge of the ownership of the material.
